Mooresville, NC – Nascar driver Jeffrey Earnhardt’s decision to move to Sam Hunt Racing for select races in 2022 has definitely proven to be a step in the right direction. Earnhardt has found himself upfront in every race in the SHR Toyota he’s driven this season and it’s had a positive impact on and off the track. “The synergy with this team is like nothing I’ve experienced before” commented Earnhardt. “Sam and I have become great friends and Alan, Bryan and the rest of the guys are people I want to be around. They’re all hungry like me and the Toyota support is once again a game changer for me. When I was with JGR they were really kind to me and I knew they were happy I was in a Toyota. This season I feel the same way. They’re very interested in seeing me do well and if all works out right I hope to demonstrate my commitment to them. We still have some races left in the 2022 season and I expect we’ll do well. I’m going to speak with my group and do everything possible to build on this momentum and stay in a Toyota for 2023.”
