Talladega – Unhinged 300 Race Report

Talladega, AL – Jeffrey Earnhardt returned to the high banks of the Talladega Superspeedway this Saturday for the Nascar Xfinity Series Unhinged 300. Earnhardt piloted the number ZERO Flexfit Chevrolet Camaro to a 14th place finish.  How he got there was nothing short of remarkable.

“Today’s race was a lot of fun but boy it wasn’t easy” said Jeffrey.  “We had a lot of contact from the 52 car and was able to hold on to avoid a wreck.  Then we had a major wreck late in the race and thanks to our spotter Chris we navigated thru that and had a p11 at the caution.  I had to come in for tires and on the restart was able to get with the 9 car but we finished green and even then I got hit into the wall but was able to keep it straight for a 14th place finish.  That top 15 was hard earned.”

Earnhardt and team continue to demonstrate the blue collar work ethic that’s become Jeffreys motto “Earning Earnhardt.”

The climb continues and Earnhardt has the tools to get to the top.

The next race is June 28th at Pocono Raceway.
