July 18, 2023 Mooresville, NC – Jeffrey Earnhardt is preparing for the 19th race in the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity series schedule. Pocono Raceway is an opportunity for the Alpha Prime race team to bounce back after some challenging outings. “Things just haven’t gone as planned so far this season” commented the 4th generation Earnhardt driver. “We have flashes of hope like a fast car in Atlanta and then this past week in New Hampshire two of the cars have mechanical issues. That’s plagued our team throughout the season and it’s frustrating. I’m hoping we can make the remaining races count and turn things around.”
Earnhardt has been named as one of the drivers being considered for the number 8 car at JR Motorsports next season. During a recent live podcast Dale Jr. mentioned his nephew as a driver they’re speaking with to pilot the number 8 Camaro in 2024. The prospect of Jeffrey racing for JRM would be amazing.
For now Earnhardt is focused on maximizing the remainder of the 2023 season and demonstrating his blue collar work ethic as he’s “Earning Earnhardt.”
