April 15, 2016 Bristol TN

Heading into this weekend’s event at the Bristol Motor Speedway, the No.32 VisoneRV/CorvetteParts.Net team will travel to “The Volunteer State” with Jeffrey Earnhardt for the 56th annual Food City 500 at the Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, TN.

Sunday’s event will mark Earnhardt’s first career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) start at the fast half-mile track, and his seventh career NSCS start. The Mooresville, NC native has four starts thus far in 2016 at Atlanta, Las Vegas, Fontana, and Texas marking his first start a short track for the season.

Earnhardt made his first start at Bristol in the NASCAR Xfinity Series back in 2012 driving for Rick Ware where he finished 26th after starting 32nd. The 2016 Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender has a best career finish in Bristol of 12th, which came in the 2014 fall race.
Jeffrey Earnhardt on Bristol:
“Bristol is a race I really enjoy.  I’ve had decent finishes in the Xfinity Series the past two years and look forward to competing at the Sprint Cup level to see how we do.  This weekend we’ll be racing the #32 with CorvetteParts.Net and Visone RV onboard so it will be great to spend time with TJ Keen and the people from their companies and give them our best effort.  Bristol is one of those tracks where drivers, teams and fans have nonstop adrenaline. I can’t wait.”
Chassis Info:
Crew Chief Wally Rogers will be bringing chassis GFR-803 to serve as the primary car. This chassis was last ran at Fontana in March. Chassis GFR-802 will serve as the backup car.
