33 Heads West

Las Vegas, NV (Mar. 10, 2017) – Jeffrey Earnhardt and the number 33 Circle Sport TMG Chevrolet begin their West Coast circuit with the running of the Kobalt 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway this weekend. After a true blue collar effort in Atlanta, Earnhardt and team face another Sunday of tough competition.

“We’re fighting our way through the beginning of the 2017 season due to our late start putting this program together” commented a determined Earnhardt. “There were circumstances beyond our control that delayed our arrangement and now we have to do our best to man up and race to the best of our ability until we secure sponsor partners to get to the next level.” Racing on half the allotment of tires in Atlanta was no easy task but the layman effort of team & driver once again demonstrated the perseverance that has served Earnhardt so well as he climbs the ranks of NASCAR.

“It’s challenging for sure but I always keep in mind our US military out there doing real tough stuff so how the heck can I complain” said Jeffrey. “Joe and Curtis have given me an incredible opportunity and there’s no way I’m not smiling every time I get behind the wheel of their car.”

The speed in Las Vegas for the 3rd race of the 2017 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series season is certain to be fast and the 33 team looks to make progress and build this working man’s program into something the fans can be proud of. Team owner Joe Falk said it best, “we’re an underdog for sure but sponsors are going to see how hard this kid works and how committed he is to success. I’m confident it’s just a matter of time before the next Earnhardt driver finds his place in front of the pack and we’re glad he’ll be doing it in the 33 car.”

Sundays race will be televised on Fox at 3:30 PM ET and available on Sirius XM NASCAR radio channel 90.
