Jeffrey Earnhardt is the grandson of 7 Time NASCAR Cup Champion Dale Earnhardt and nephew of this generation’s most popular driver, Dale Jr.  Jeffrey began his race career piloting a silver 4 cylinder Yugo on the dirt tracks of Wythe Raceway in Rural Retreat, Virginia. He won Rookie of the Year at the local track and knew immediately that he’d be chasing his dreams to the paved tracks of NASCAR. Jeffrey hasn’t depended on his famous last name for opportunity.  Creating his own company and working his way thru the ranks like his grandfather did, Jeffrey has competed in Truck, Xfinity and Specialty events including the Rolex Series and NASCAR Euro Series.  He is absolutely committed to “Earning Earnhardt” and has his sights set on becoming a NASCAR Champion.

Bristol, TN – Jeffrey Earnhardt returns to Bristol Motor Speedway tonight to drive the ForeverLawn Toyota Supra for Sam Hunt Racing in the Food City 300.  The NASCAR Xfinity Series has certainly been the maker of this seasons highlight reel and Earnhardt hopes to make his contribution to that storyline during his return to Bristol.  “Last season we came here and ran great in practice and had a decent qualifying with a strong start to the race” commented Earnhardt.  “I think we can build on that and if we control our race there’s a very good chance we’ll get this ForeverLawn 24 car up front.”

The race will be televised on the CW network at 7:30pm EST.

Nashville, TN- Jeffrey Earnhardt returns to action in the Tennessee Lottery 250 at Nashville Super Speedway this Saturday night.  Earnhardt will be piloting the number 24 ForeverLawn Toyota Supra for Sam Hunt Racing with special guest Cesar Millan onboard the popular BlackandGreenGrassMachine.  The last time the world’s most famous K9 whisperer joined Earnhardt was at Bristol.  “Cesar’s one of the coolest guys you’ll ever meet” said Jeffrey.  “I’m a big dog guy and to become friends with Cesar was really special.  He’s working with ForeverLawn to spread the news about their premium K9 grass and he’s totally pumped to be involved with NASCAR.  I can’t wait to see him and watch his energy.  I don’t think the guy sleeps.”

Earnhardt expects a strong run this weekend and has his sights on competing for the win.  “Sam’s been bringing hot rods to the track and our team keeps getting better and better.  I am aiming high to maximize this opportunity.”

Tune in at 6:30 pm local time for NASCAR coverage on TV.

Talladega Recap

Posted by Paul in Front page news, News

Talladega, AL – The ForeverLawn Black and Green Grass Machine rolled into Talladega Super Speedway with arguably their sharpest looking design since entering the sport.  The new look coupled with a new number struggled in qualifying but thanks to some good calls by team and driver, Jeffrey Earnhardt didn’t remain in the back for long.

The fourth generation driver was in the heart of Earnhardt Country and once again demonstrated his family’s skill at NASCAR’s largest track.  “We knew we had a good package but qualifying didn’t work out as planned” said Jeffrey.  “The guys as Sam Hunt Racing felt confident the car would improve and it only took a few laps to climb the ladder.”
And climb he did.
Earnhardt piloted the number 24 Toyota Supra into the top ten and was positioning the team for a strong finish.  “I felt like our car was really responsive and I could change lanes with ease.  Unfortunately one of the other teams made a careless error and took out several cars.  We were I that unlucky few that had our day ended early.”

Jeffrey returns to action in Nashville on May 31st and his confidence is high.  “I think we’re going to run up front and look forward to having the opportunity to give ForeverLawn and our fans something special.”
